It's 2012! You should be open on Sundays and not close before 9pm.

Respond in a Timely Manner

If a customer submits a form on your website or by your 1-800 number and you say you are going to follow up in 24-48 hours....Then DO IT!  Not resolving cases is horrible customer service.

If your office moves then you need to update your new address on your website.  Just saying 'Location has moved' is not good enough!
