Being transferred more than once is unacceptable.  It makes it look like no one wants to help you or no one knows what they are doing.

Respond in a Timely Manner

If a customer submits a form on your website or by your 1-800 number and you say you are going to follow up in 24-48 hours....Then DO IT!  Not resolving cases is horrible customer service.
